The company lacks leadership and have a very narrowed approach ... There is no clear path and are only looking at Premium B-School Grads with zero experience to become their future leaders ... If you want growth in you career this is definitely not the place for you

Toxic work culture, biased approach when it comes to appraisal/promotion. Bosses are horrible they sit in your head & take undue advantage of brand TATA.

... worst n depends on your reporting boss. They pressurise more even in lockdown. No compensation n Senior managers are increasing target every month if yiu do good

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptsletest technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable. High-qualityproducts and has a global client base. As a result.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.
