The company has more opportunities to develop the skills in the manufacturing process. In this company having many of the lastest technology machine. I love the team of sikrosky because everyone are very helpful. In this company i have learn how to manage a team. I have work in the Rolls Royce project in my internship trainee.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but in this company has not guaranteed to get permanent job or in contract base job. There are hiring only intern only for training perpose and they are not providing stiphen to intern members. After the 6 months we are not guaranteed to get job in TATA.

1. Medical Facilities are superb 24*7 doctor in Plant as well as cashless till 6Lakhs and above for family members. 2.Peoples are Cooperative in nature for sure they give time to learn if your a fresher 3.Can learn the Systematic approach & as well as systematic documentation system

Dislikes

1. Increments is very very less as compare to other company. 2. Food -Lunch/Dinner facilities are not there will be great problem for some peoples.

Terrible, Unskilled manager, leads, Worst monitoring system, Partiality , No human rights.

Worst Canteen facility Rating on Salvary basis not on performance Executive , training feedback not taking consideration.

Completely driven by non-technical program management and operations who are unaware of the technical challenges. They are only concerned about the false deadlines and later catch hold people for not meeting these impossible deadlines.

Work life balance is very worst. job satisfaction sucks, Increments are only btwn 1000rs to 2000rs max, Politics, Very less learning, food and transportation is not free even though very have pay for foods , canteen food is not good. But the thing is tata can change these negative points if they want. But they are focusing only on profit not on employees.
