Better work-life balance and job security. Everyone enjoys extra-activities apart from the work. Offers good number of intership projects to B.Tech candidates.

Dislikes

Average 4% to 5% annual salary hike. 1 in 50 candidates wil be promoted that too after 3+ years of eligibility and consistent high performance. Rest candidates are treated as average & forget about their promotions till 5+ years. Poor growth in salary even after promotions. Egocentric management plays petty politics during appraisals and becomes blockage to your career growth. HR doesn't reply to your queries on hike/promotion or any other relevant issues. A better place only for internship candidates bu surely not for those launching their careers.

Likes

While working as an intern, I was exposed to various tools and software to solve complex engineering problems. My manager made sure that I was learning something in those 2 months and work pressure was not that much.

Dislikes

There are some management issues, my onboarding was not very smooth. and Laptop had some problems which we had to fix by ourselves by raising various tickets.

The asset that I received was faulty and the company did not fix it so overall I did not have to do much work.

Dislikes

The laptop asset that I received was not functional and the company couldn't fix it on time so not much progress made in the project I worked on. Therefore, learning was minimal.
