...g the company for the name of Tata. This is really not a good experience for me.overall company good as a Tata group job security, on time salary all good .

Work culture , treat human like Human not bot People work for money still money or just job security is not everything that u want in life, you will not have any work life balance. You shall be treated as bonded labour. Have you seen project director hide Biomatric punch machine that people shall not leave after office hour . Attendance machine shall be installed whr he wish 8 -10 PM. For any leave go boss 5 times than he may sign give some sarcasm

Nothing other than fixed salary date

Dislikes

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

...careers in the construction industry. there is very little learning for someone. there is no pay in this industry itself. Everyone that I have worked with in Tata Projects is like if we teach them then they will leave the company.
