Compared to other Indian Construction companies, the work environment of Tata projects is far better.

...careers in the construction industry. there is very little learning for someone. there is no pay in this industry itself. Everyone that I have worked with in Tata Projects is like if we teach them then they will leave the company.

Salary is on time I.e. on or before 30 of each month

...strong, HR policy is not properly implemented, new employee will get frustrated due to site environment, no salary parity

Work pressure is less , job security is good .

...k Corona crisis .6 days a week , half day even on Sunday , 12 Hours work daily .Not full utilisation of talent , designation and salary is given but real work doesn't utilise full talent .

...evelop no skill being here so its not at all good for a freshman to join here. But you will be paid good also you will get entrapped in their pay structure. You will try very hard to leave but market compensation will not be matching them.

Dislikes

They do not take inputs from employees, its hard to put your own ideas to work. Their systems are age old.

Nothing other than fixed salary date

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
