This PMC division of Tata company follows upgraded system for project monitoring. There is lot to learn and opportunity to enhance the skills. Company works very professionally. There is "No Sir calling" policy in the company. We can call the senior and reporting person with their names only. The company provide good work life balance. There is no strict timings, just have to complete 8 hours duty..

...n 3rd party pay role so appointment letter will be given by them only, not Tata. If you can really negotiate hard, you can be hired as permanent employee but they will reduce the salary significantly, almost as last drawn in previous company. In consultant and 3rd party pay roles, the salary deposition is usually delayed and there arent any benefits such accommodation, food especially when you work away from home. The HR hardly responds the emails as they are also consultants or working on 3rd party pay roles. It is good opportunity if you are local for any project otherwise there arent any benefits for working away from home. The system in IPMS division in TATA is still streamlining, it will take time. Everything is so delayed like issuance of laptop, reimbursements takes 3 months to process and many other reasons to discourage to join.

Execution site team daily working time 12hrs & sunday (Holiday) without OT. Promotions / Appraisal politics & fake system. Leave approval system (PM says to employees don't apply leave directly on portal or system without my approval and he's not approved on time when we need)

Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of machineries on rent basis so a huge amount of project pay to machine venders as a result profit hampered.
