Very poor management no value for junior staff worker... there r horse and Donky are equal .. if u are a hard worker then U r Donky if u playing smart and chalking so u r 🐎 I have complete my 6 year in Tata but I have no promotion no increment....👆👎👎👎👎👎👎

Tata projects is good and brand. But CMRL project culture is spoiling companys reputation. Dislikes at CMRL project chennai: Internal politics No other benefits except monthly salary They recognize south people only because upper management is from south. North people feeling excluded. No welfare Not providing basic PPEs to staff. We are buying spending our money. Working on holidays too. Not getting leaves approved even after three months of previous leave. No recognition and appreciation for hard working, only employees close to upper management getting promotion and recognitions. No growth in salary. No skills. If you speak for your rights then they will exclude you from all recognition even when you are working hard at sites. HR is just for namesake. Very strict timings. They will not provide vehicle for site visit. You have to go by your own vehicle if you have to carry any equipment or permits books from PMO. Very worst management. They are spoiling Tata brand name seriously.

Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given. Worst culture yet for me. Their policy and practices have a huge mismatch. TPL is a blot to Tata's name and reputation.

I was working on Site. I disliked most is too many boss to report. No proper work process and seniors are very much insecure if you want to improve the system. Office politics in its peak. No work satisfaction and recognition.

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
