1).Just do not join this company...if you are honest to your work. 2).Less experienced, untrained people who knows only SAP but technically zero people get double salary. 3).Worst part is nobody knows the responsibility.working Chaos only. 4).Specially if you are office staff. working is going to hell for you.... 5).HR DGM is biased she just pretend as she is listening your problem but she has No interest. 6).HR manager will be very sweet before joining.. once you join, you will realise somebody sweet talking person TRAPPED you.. 7)Whoever you are,if you are new to shapoorji , old staff will consider you 'gawar' as you know nothing..you don't know Excel, you don't know AutoCAD,you don't know engineering.. 8).They will ask you to attend seminars on various topics. whole course they will teach you verbally in 8 hrs. 9)Too much privilege for girls. At all sites stupid girls can come to office upto afternoon 12 & can go before 5:30 if they are good looking, for hardworking girls this is not applicable. Nobody asks them explaination.

1)If you are getting more salary in other company, join that one.. Shapoorji (Pune) is a big Trapp....RO me to chutiyo ka mela hai bhendi.. 2) RO me baithne wale to ISRO, DRDO, IES se bhi jada smart hai bhendi.

You learn Many more things but cant increase your salary, delay in salary after covid19 in some region, each region is like each company okay for long time permanent job with gradual and slow growth in your salary

I was working in shapoorji in oman and zimbabwe. Compony is really very good .and they are providing good package and facility. No dought there is hard working people required. If u work hard then only u can work there.

There is a lot of politics and person at heigher level are also enjoying politics,making groups and do anything for saving himselves .Team leader only enjoys on company's money without bothering about the future of the company ,he spend most of his time in sleeping in the office and sometimes in the luxory innova car and never put his feet down on the site even if there is working on progress.he is busy in collecting his yes men in the company at every stage from labour to engineer without thinking about the work performance which is important for the company growth.The very bad thing in Jammu udhampur highway project is relegious descrimination with mislims, team leader can terminates contract of the muslims before the completion period even if the person is working very hard and gives best results but just because of different relegion he is terminated .And on he place team leader joins his own relative in the team although he is nill. If this box really worth then plz change these type of ill diseases and ill teamleaders so that company achieves its sucess . Thanks regards Sardar Saddam Khan Afridi

Shapoorji Pallonji is big Group, they help me during lock down. They pay ours salary on time. Policies and management is good. They take care about their employees. They held training programmes for better learning. Company alloted furnish guest house, vehicle for job location and cook for meal.

Salary decent but career growth is slow. Only some people got good appraisals and reward. If you are good in work there is no chance they surely give permotion. There is no exact working time and weekly off. Only work is first priority. In Last 3 year I can't see my career growth in this company.
