Execution site team daily working time 12hrs & sunday (Holiday) without OT. Promotions / Appraisal politics & fake system. Leave approval system (PM says to employees don't apply leave directly on portal or system without my approval and he's not approved on time when we need)

Company policies are better comparing to other construction companies in market. Work culture is not uniform and depends on business units & it's senior team

...itics can be seen visibly which has become common in many corporates now a days. Salary disparity in same grade between old and new employees. Hard working employees keep working and others have less workload

Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

There is a lot of machineries on rent basis so a huge amount of project pay to machine venders as a result profit hampered.

...) division. I do not have idea about main TPL. Middle management is somewhat ok. Salary is on time every month, but in every meeting they threaten to withheld salary.

IPMS division does not have good work-life balance, Leadership is clueless about running the company. Every few days there is change in rules and regulations. A PMC should have a strong PMO, but here even basic process are not defined. Appraisals are paltry. Employees are always demotivated.

Salary on Time, Getting leaves is easy. Mid Level Management is chill.

Dislikes

Appraisel, increment. Long working hours, have to do extra work (other than my work) as both recruitment rate and attrition rate is very poor. Hiring is done as consultant role or from third party companies.
