...d.... south north feelings etc. No increments & bonus for me. Not promoting... no salary hike etc. No proper guidance towards work and target achieved... Lot of gossips etc.

company has excellent hr policy,team work job security,timely salary growth,i also like the rehire policy of company,the company open to innovation readily adopts a latest technology it is ethical company

Salary, PMS and CSR is on time. They thinks for Staff welfare.

Nepotism! They have ethics policies but don’t follow it at Project Site! Head HR never responded! CHRO is very co-operative! BU-HR alway try to give Advantage to his known. They alway takes a project in low margin and when projects comes in Middle . They pressure to reduce the cost .

Less projects now a days. company terminating by keeping you in "performance improvement Programme" in less than 1-3 months. Bad hiring policy. Poor management.
