Very slow working process, uncertainty of management decisions, low pay scale, very less promotions and increment, very less support from head office for site personal, very outdated and old fashioned type of working style, Grievance resolution mechanism is very poor, Working approach is very lazy of people.

Previously i worked in bangalore solar cell manufacturing plant, all employees are 40+ and worst work culture, for your good iam telling if you got hired for Bangalore Manufacturing plant and that to cell related department, without a second thought don't join or else change department immediately after joining.
On time salary is the only thing which can be appreciated! If you get a good lead to guide you than you can enjoy your work! Choose this only if you’re being taken on role. Laptops are being issued like chocolates! Totally on-site good opportunity if u like travelling throughout India! No limits on travelling PAN India!
Inexperienced, Inappropriate, mannerless, uncultured, useless leads are being appointed. Who himself is just 6months experienced! Total egoistic & irratic behavioured recruits who are based in the company from ages. Bangalore is just to attract opportunity seekers. Once you go on-site there’s no coming back which is not told to you initially. And this is an off role third party employer and not on role for TATA POWER. No incentives, lot of travelling, no proper training on SAP given just because they think that the employee might resign anytime! Instead of talking discussing abt induction & on job training. Things like how long will you be in this company? How much salary has been offered to you? Be here for a year later we will make sure you get placed in a better position & salary, these things are being discussed. Which according to me is very discouraging & totally unprofessional. Aspiring QS & Planning Engineers please do not go for this job just for salary sake!

**9 to 5 job ( you can come at 9 and leave by 5 , hardly no one stays after 6 ;30 pm . Also this Includes lunch break, coffee& Teas break )
**work life balance (Although every thing is urgent in this company, to some extent we can manage workload balance)
**Good atmosphere , spacious ( the office will be good and big both from outside & inside)
**Food ( They provide breakfast,Lunch & Evening snacks by just deducting very minimal amount )
**they change the company's policies according to company's benifits instead of employee
**They give less hike to new joined employees like may be only 15% when employees are switching
**They give different salary structure during onboarding however inhand salary will be very less. first They tell accommodation will be provided but they deduct 30% from your basic salary and they keep most of the salary CTC in variable and fixed (inhand) salary is less
Wrost Department policy.
This department is like a sales department. After joining RM won't teach you anything because he doesn't know anything himself But he will always say I have taught you many things.
At the Starting of the month RM give a target for provide credit note to the vendor (deduct amount from vendor's bills). If you will unable to fulfill that target he threatening you that he don't give confirmation to you or creat pressure for give resign.
" How we will issue credit note if vendor does not claim extra quantity in his bill ", but he is not ready to hear it.
Only for this reason 4 employee left from that position within one year.
Apart from the departmental work, he order you to do his personal work also.
