Time schedule is very bad. As like I job 24 hours and 7 days without fail. As work time compare salary is low.

Tata solar power is one of the best company with new technology and very helpful to increase electricity without pollution the quality of products is very good and if any one make there future then they will join this company team members are also very good and I have no words for this company

There is work pressure I am do more then 14 hours worked daily and salary also less

...ll. Lot of trainings will be provided by HR to meet out future job requirements. Secure job with on time salary.

Appraisal system is poor, you can't expect any out of the way promotion for any out standing achivments. Everything will be done with in HR policy.

Very slow working process, uncertainty of management decisions, low pay scale, very less promotions and increment, very less support from head office for site personal, very outdated and old fashioned type of working style, Grievance resolution mechanism is very poor, Working approach is very lazy of people.
