Salary hike is not upto the mark. Employees faced delayed promotions. Work life balance is poor for Operationals and Maintenance activities.

Opportunities provided is less for payroll employees. After taking new projects HR are asking to take less salary and if asked to give hike on present salary requesting to join and committing to provide less pressure work.

Liberty of doing work. Lot of freedom given to the high potential employees. Job is extremely secure On the job safety standard is pretty high Ethical atmosphere

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
