behavior is not good of the permanent Employ. No any skills Development. This compony name electric mobility but i am securing fuel tank in the car. When any respected person ask me what are doing in this compony then i told them i am securing the fuel tank. Then he person will laugh on me. And he will tell me you are half mind this compony manufacturing electric car and you securing fuel tank.

Tata is not just a brand for me it's Emotion. Sir Ratan Tata ji living for country and I worked for him in one of his compliance Tata.Ev.

My job profile was dealership based, I was wondering that it is a Company owned showroom but that's under a dealership, Though I have interviewed at Tata's regional office but thrown at a dealership apart from company. No privilege and authorities to perform productively on the Job KRA's.
