...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. Onthe job training is not given to new joiners.

I will be job in DEALERSHIP level so no. Job shurity. Low salary .no PF .ESIC .HRA benefits .SO WE ARE NOT SATISFIED IN THIS JOB.

Yahan per kam ka koi value nahin Hai yahan jitna kam karoge utna kam hai na koi salary ka detector hota Hai jis salary mein aap ho usi salary mein raho Aisa Jahan per Mana jata Hai Tata motors mein Plus yahan per aur koi aaega new jo hai na uski salary jo pichhla member Hai employer hai usse jyada hogi usse adhik salary Jaise man lo meri salary 10000 hai to new employee lagega higher hoga uski salary 15000 Ho Gaye yah pasand nahin Hai

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.
