Company pays total salary during lockdown and always tries to support regarding coivid 19 that "Ghar pe rho or safe rho".

All good but company has to ensure that lower level employees will be good care like their salaries and office time in or out.... In my region there is no fix timing for work. It means a employees don't have its personal life...... 9.30 to 6.00 PM time never follows..it should be follow. And please give a good increment.

Pay is good, you get good job security and working under Tata brand is itself a privilege.

Worst work culture, no fixed timings of work, you'll be preparing reports day and night, and you'll be giving review everyday, unnecessary pressure environment.
