Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for 10 year experience employees and career growth is slow.

Tata motors is the best company for working. For all facilities are available their like transport,canting,good salary basis on our educational experience, also women security related activity training, good work environment & culture,

Due to out -sourcing of some Dept /Division, compensation is not that great and Overall growth is slow. innovative ideas and Suggestions get dampend easily.
