Tata motors is a good company, Tata motors companyy is a much esstemed .and your company provide an excellent working platform and environment where I can utilizes my work experience and skill developed to contribute towards future growth of company.

There is a lot of politic and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

Worst work culture, no fixed timings of work, you'll be preparing reports day and night, and you'll be giving review everyday, unnecessary pressure environment.
