...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Likes

Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect.
