I’m thrilled to share that I’ve received an offer of ₹27 LPA from Tata Motors for the Senior Manager (L5) position! This is a significant jump from my current CTC of ₹18 LPA, and I’m excited about the opportunities this role brings. However, there’s one challenge I’m considering. My current role allows me to work from home, while the new job requires working from the office. The Tata Motors office is 1.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic), which will be a big adjustment for me. Tata motors is one of the best place for work ....but the issue is salary only 14000 & in hand salary is 12400.I saw some people doing 2 jobs bcoz of they can't afford expenses ...n the work period is only 7 months
