...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is nat given to new joiners.

I will be job in DEALERSHIP level so no. Job shurity. Low salary .no PF .ESIC .HRA benefits .SO WE ARE NOT SATISFIED IN THIS JOB.

As you know that Tata motors is one of the well known and well developed companies of our country,therefore,working there enhances your career growth,learning and experience towards automobile field.Plus point is that deserving employees are given special rewards and prizes which contributes to growth of their self confidence.

In tata motors,salary structure is bit unsatisfactory.Work load and salary balance is bit poor which needs to be checked and changed.Job security is not given.

Company uses latest technology which attracts the customers and there fore we get a good market. Team work also plays an important role in the high sales of vehicles.

Work pressure is very high. And accordingly the salary is low.

Work life balance is very good. Seniors are supportive. Company working culture is involving.

Promotions, salary to starting employees is less. Making good people on role after completing their temporary tenure is missing
