Job security is better than others , Career growth is far away from reality , Salary is good and appraisal too work environment is excellent and work life balance also the only thing matters is growth.

There is no any facilities provided by Tata motors to us. 😞😞

...superior is very very bad. They don't know how to talk and behave with everyone. There is also no option for growth, salary hike and promotion. There is lot of politics inside the organization.

Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for 10 year experience employees and career growth is slow.
