There is lots of partiality, & management provide decent salary only 2 or 3 years of work duty for a single DET,MT & Contract labours. Partiality is the very very high.

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Lower salary structure No salary increament even though worked for 3 years After completion of probation period company turned as contractual employees which is not mentioned in joining letter during joining process.

GM not satisfied with achieve goal. To much pressure . Target of 5 lack per month. Low salary . Senior advisor too competitive for incentive. I did not receive incentive in my work period. Too much burden on customer pocket. Water service station with one pump And less team. Wheels alignment system poor Removing good parts from engine to achive spares parts goal. Daily meeting with GM after duty hours 7 pm to 9 pm very bad and taking employees personal time. One day leave in whole month very bad effect employee's mind and health. Employees health insurance Work load 26 days a month, working days 29 I suggest to change GM
