...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

GM not satisfied with achieve goal. To much pressure . Target of 5 lack per month. Low salary . Senior advisor too competitive for incentive. I did not receive incentive in my work period. Too much burden on customer pocket. Water service station with one pump And less team. Wheels alignment system poor Removing good parts from engine to achive spares parts goal. Daily meeting with GM after duty hours 7 pm to 9 pm very bad and taking employees personal time. One day leave in whole month very bad effect employee's mind and health. Employees health insurance Work load 26 days a month, working days 29 I suggest to change GM

TATA Motors journey was full fill of good experience and a safe environment for Women's employee I learnt so many things in TATA Motors .. Also built up self confidence for face any problem regarding, production line logistics data

Growth is low Nd salary Increments also low

Job security is better than others , Career growth is far away from reality , Salary is good and appraisal too work environment is excellent and work life balance also the only thing matters is growth.

I dislike most about the career growth as a supervisor to a manager.
