...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. Onthe job training is not given to new joiners.

I will be job in DEALERSHIP level so no. Job shurity. Low salary .no PF .ESIC .HRA benefits .SO WE ARE NOT SATISFIED IN THIS JOB.

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary
