Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria , company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't support the HR team. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a 6 years before which you cannot resign.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary
