There is no job security over here for the temporary employee..also no good salary increments happens for the temporary employee..no compensation or or overtime is being paid here if ever required

You have to pay 75k in cash to clerk for your Posting ..or else you will be harrsed daily and will get terminated within 7-8 days itself from day of joining.

In the department of clinical pharmacology, flexibility to work, huge opportunities in terms of attending lectures, conferences and workshops (national as well as international), a lot of learning as the entire project responsibility is assigned to you, multitasking, very supportive and encouraging. You get to make many contacts for a better career.

Dislikes

Pay scale is two low. Irrespective of the project duration, the tenure ends in six months and needs extension which may even delay your salary. There is issues of funds for conducting projects. Ordering materials related to project is too lengthy and a big headache. As it is a government organisation, to much time and energy is taken in getting approvals and work is not smooth.

The level of exposure for surgeries and critical cases is unmatchable. No other cancer center could provide us with such a good level of exposure.

It sometimes get very hectic, so the work life balance is affected
