The job security is high and the salary is quite good.Resources and quality of Healthcare are good.The company has good ethics and moral values.

Dislikes

The communication ( especially between seniors and juniors) could be better and more polite as teamwork is important in Healthcare .

Work culture is very bad. There are lot of internal politics going on. The higher authorities doesnt even know or try to know whsts going on inside and there is a lot of toxicity inside the working areas, discrimination based on favoritism

... for children, pool, lot's of tree for refreshing & chilling also for learning. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Three months notice period it's very seriously issue.

Working as a staff nurse at TMC was a very blessed memory at the starting of my professional life. I got an excellent skilled and knowledgeable preceptor and ward in charge who helped me to make my clinical eye, to assess the patient problems and to manage all those problems along with emergency situations. After all of this I was very satisfied about working at Tata.

Dislikes

Salary of a graduate nurse is not so good specially increment process is very slow.

Its the best place to work as a staff nurse with good salary structure and work satisfaction. Seniors are also very helping.

Dislikes

Right now staff crisis is going on so it would be very nice to get a bunch of new staffs. Working hours are a bit more here compared to other hospitals but its ok according to the salary
