It is in wonderful place and provides work for non experiance candidates.

The people serving has no value, salary hike depends on department head and no matter how hard you work, demotivation is done at every point and harsh words are used by the top level.

I got to learn many new things such as how to communicate in the industry, working procedures of an industry and much more.

The Increment of old employees is less. But the new joinees are offered higher salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
