Nothing is good, only worst situation for consultants or freelancers. They don't want to pay ontime but they would like to hold your payments for 2-3 months.

Very less pay and growth opportunities. Stagnated job roles with monotonous work.

No job security. They can fire at anytime. Most of the projects are of old technologies and no major developments Not much career growth HR isn't supportive

Challenging environment so a lot to learn for fresher's. You also have a lot of exposure to extra curricular activities if you want to.

low salary, no growth prospects, illogical timelines with no support, politics

Few sensible employees.

Dislikes

Cheap level politics, copy-paste strategy for every other project, poor client communication. They can throw out an employee without any valid reason. The Blame game is one of their favorite time passes.
