No job security. They can fire at anytime. Most of the projects are of old technologies and no major developments Not much career growth HR isn't supportive

Challenging environment so a lot to learn for fresher's. You also have a lot of exposure to extra curricular activities if you want to.

low salary, no growth prospects, illogical timelines with no support, politics

Cheap level politics, copy-paste strategy for every other project, poor client communication. They can throw out an employee without any valid reason. The Blame game is one of their favorite time passes.
