There was alot of learning curve there. The management level team is a mix of people but most of them are generally very sweet and understanding.

They didn't credit my salary till two months after I started working there. No work-life balance. Some co workers email and call you at 2-3am sometimes.

Good work. Company policies not good, appraisals are fair increment 5% and give salary hike. Management is transparent.

.... There is called lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Job traning is given good to new joinees.

Not providing salary on time to employees. I got My salaries after 1 year later . Also anytime throw you out from the company if you ask about your salary. No job security. Very terrible experience with Tiss, mumbai. Learned a lot but getting nothing response of giving my thousand percent. They will promise you to give you promotion but actually that don't do that. Fake people's with fake promises. wasted lots of time there. Tiss only good for education not from job. Highly not recommended.
