Company is very good for job security and compensation. But very poor in learning & development. Management will never try to utilize experience and enthusiasm. They only wants to blindly follow their ordes and nothing else.

The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

Lacking career growth and work appreciation. Salary growth is not comparable to the amount of responsibilities. Promotion is just for name sake. Location is a major drawback

Career growth isn't lucrative, work environment has degraded in the past couple of years. Work-life balance doesn't exist. Plant located in Kharagpur which is a thumbs down
