The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow

They have some good Aerospace projects (mostly from other Tata Group companies), so good place to show your skills in different fields

Dislikes

There is no planning at all, just the dictatorship and flattery. They will ask you to give some new innovative idea to improve work around and then will ask you provide a feasible solution model and will show you as they don't like it and will again use it under their name, so that you may not get benefit of your hard work. Also information sharing specially from HR department is very BAD.

Apart from noted above we have the opportunity to prove that we know a little. Versatile experience of aerospace knowledge and with a well balanced team culture.

Dislikes

Hardly nothing as I got the same platform which I was eager to learn.
