Compensation could be better. Company has drastically transitioned from being employee-friendly to investor-friendly. And not a single appraisal has come on time after the new CEO took over. No wonder the high attrition.

...ying off people for the smallest reasons. Managers do not give a crap about you.no promotion and the salary is stuck in 2014 no increment at all. Horrible work life balance as they force you to be in office min 9 hours otherwise guess what your layedoff
