Work culture is very good. Management is transparent and supportive. Company give salary increament every year but no bonus provided by company. Though give some percentage of incentive.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.i have to work 14-18 hours straight is a day as o have attend. Sometimes late into the night

Unjust Salary Deductions: Employees do not receive their full salaries with unjust deductions made to recover losses from block closures. Fake Philosophy: The Company's stated values and philosophies do not allign with actual practices, leading to disillusionment.

Overall company good to work. However they also provide recognition of work.. colleagues are very supportive... learning and skill opportunity good
