...not fair for all the employees except some. Compensation is not upto the market. Very less salary in the market Lots of Politics in some teams TCTS office in Karuna conquest is one of the worst campus for any office. Ambience is not pleasing.worst cafeteria.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

Work life balance is good. Job security. Require idea about international projects and exposure. Weekend holiday and UK shift is top advantage.

Dislikes

Salary is moderate when you compare to industry standard Customer support works and repeated works are lot.

Likes

will get first hand experience of corporate culture, CSR, ERT, Learnings and events. Great place to work for women employees.

Dislikes

Less base salary and less hikes(Good if you join with a decent initial package). Many projects are of project managements. If you wish to be in tech roles very few options available.

Dear sir Team is very supportive, helpful and work environment also good all are good but package too low and we need at least 2 week off and we need increment
