...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

will get first hand experience of corporate culture, CSR, ERT, Learnings and events. Great place to work for women employees.

Dislikes

Less base salary and less hikes(Good if you join with a decent initial package). Many projects are of project managements. If you wish to be in tech roles very few options available.

Job security even if we are on emergency leave we get pay for that.

Manager are not to good, they don't encourage team members and less opportunity to come up and be in fame ....they try to pull you down.

This only good for women employee.

High level Micromanagement you won't survive. Changing rules on their own mindset. Except salary you won't get any benefits. Work life balance is poor. If you want to work here better move off within 2 years.
