High level Micromanagement you won't survive. Changing rules on their own mindset. Except salary you won't get any benefits. Work life balance is poor. If you want to work here better move off within 2 years.

...was not there. So I came to my hometown. I was waiting for Laptop till july end. They supported financially by paying me full salary even after I was not working for 4 months. Also they never forced me to come to office for work in this situation. Job security is 100% in Tata communications and I love this point.

Career opportunity is less. I don't why my package is so less here as compared to all my colleagues.

I really enjoyed working in this company and the work environment here is also very good.

I have been working here for 2 years but till now there has been no increment in salary and there has been no increment in the post, so due to this I am facing some problem.
