...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

Tcts is a great organization to work with. The policies are very favorable to employees. Salaries are on time. The benefits to employees are innumerable. Hybrid work policies

Dislikes

The hikes are less. Variable pays are usually less, better to go with Fixed salary and forget the variable part. No bonus on diwali or new year. Promotions aren't as easy as they seem. Some places like South have regional biasing which is against Tata policies, yet it completely depends on the mgmt you are workibg with or team lead or manager you are working under. Yet if you get a good team and a good leader, TCTS is really good to work on a long term.
