Salary is moderate when you compare to industry standard Customer support works and repeated works are lot.

Transport policy, Town Hall meeting and Insurance are good. Work depends on your project. Mine was bad.

Salary hike is not up to the mark and Work is monotonous. I was not able to learn anything. If you want to enjoy your life and if you don't want to grow, this is the place for you.

Less base salary and less hikes(Good if you join with a decent initial package). Many projects are of project managements. If you wish to be in tech roles very few options available.

High level Micromanagement you won't survive. Changing rules on their own mindset. Except salary you won't get any benefits. Work life balance is poor. If you want to work here better move off within 2 years.
