... you can go also if you are aged one. They won't provide insurance for parents. Have to pay. More over they lock 10% for PLI we can't get full amount.

...not fair for all the employees except some. Compensation is not upto the market. Very less salary in the market Lots of Politics in some teams TCTS office in Karuna conquest is one of the worst campus for any office. Ambience is not pleasing.worst cafeteria.

It is a very good organization for those who like to learn new things and who like to work in peaceful and pressureless environment. Salary and appraisal part is comparatively less than the other competitive companies. Work life balance is good

Overall they will give a work information to hire the employee. No cab facility, no employee safety, no benefits like shift allowances. Fully micro management from the lower to higher management.

No cab facility, no benefits like shift allowances, on call allowances, they kept more than 10% of salary as a incentive and return it as per the ratings we get upon performance. Fully micro management from lower to higher management. They hire people by giving false information.
