Not all business units are thriving due to poor management and lack of fruitful decision making. 3. Firing people without any specific reason which has put the job security in a serious questionable state.

Managers are narccisitic, and self-righteous. No wide vision. Senior Management Focus on to save their skin and not worried about the employees. If you're a sycophant, then this company is a great fit.
