No future for off role employees, huge huge pay scale disparity between offrole and onrole employees . Higher Management doesn't listen to the ground level staffs .

I joined here as a store relationship executive,within few months I became Store Supervisor cum Store Manager,so handling all about store with system & junior executive also.All Store are under 3rd party payroll,so no job security available here.Work Environment is too good & learned so many skills here,but suddenly all store are closed due to tele communication issue & we all store employees were jobless.

... new employee & meeting held on every week for sales growth & business increase.Salary is not sufficient as per expectations.

...unt in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.

Culture Uncertainty on the new business model other then network Variable pay is a gimmick Only 10% receive 100% variable pay in sales/business development role. Account allocation is biased.
