To be very honest it's a really nice place to work where you can grow yourself, talking about salary it's average, appraisal percentage 15% It my case our my colleagues they are very knowledge sharing, very supportive, But at the end of the day when you sleep we count how much we earned and how much we spent

Worse management i have seen in entire work life. No job security. No salary hike as management is telling survival mode is going on. That's it. There is no support from senior.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. career growth is very slow.

Company is good for entry to middle management role , lot of learning and exposure is available. Culture is good. Perks and other employees benefit are really good.

...eople and it’s really important to make your presence feel to be on top list. Salary is good but growth will be slow once u reach to middle management.

It's only it's flexible work culture that keeps us alive. Except this nothing is Good. But if you are Married you will barely able to spend time with your family.

Extended working hours, no skill development training, no compensation especially for off role employees.
