1. Micro management is increasing day by day, due to hiring of non relevant people into senior management, probably based on personal connections. 2. Not all business units are thriving due to poor management and lack of fruitful decision making. 3. Firing people without any specific reason which has put the job security in a serious questionable state.

Managers are narccisitic, and self-righteous. No wide vision. Senior Management Focus on to save their skin and not worried about the employees.
