...e policy is worst... They don't provide same opportunity to offrole employees... No salary growth. No diwali bonus.

To be very honest it's a really nice place to work where you can grow yourself, talking about salary it's average, appraisal percentage 15% It my case our my colleagues they are very knowledge sharing, very supportive, But at the end of the day when you sleep we count how much we earned and how much we spent

Worse management i have seen in entire work life. No job security. No salary hike as management is telling survival mode is going on. That's it. There is no support from senior.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. career growth is very slow.

Company is good for entry to middle management role , lot of learning and exposure is available. Culture is good. Perks and other employees benefit are really good.
