...e policy is worst... They don't provide same opportunity to offrole employees... No salary growth. No diwali bonus.

Worse management i have seen in entire work life. No job security. No salary hike as management is telling survival mode is going on. That's it. There is no support from senior.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. career growth is very slow.

It's only it's flexible work culture that keeps us alive. Except this nothing is Good. But if you are Married you will barely able to spend time with your family.

Dislikes

Extended working hours, no skill development training, no compensation especially for off role employees.

Tata has a very nice campus and people here are really supportive.The salary offered here is not as much as offered in other companies but they have a superb work environment here. Travelling is quiet sorted as they provide both way cabs(paid/unpaid). Your work load however depends on the team in which you work.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not upto expectations and work pressure is high.

All are good for Tata on pay Roll employe, I love the i that am the part of Tata Group.work cluture is very excllent.Bosses and team mates are really fabulous. i woluld really like to be apart of tata group.
