Here i am working as a IT ( business analyst) when i given the interview that time they told i have to do business analyst work. After joining they shift mi in support , people are work here are very judgmental no support form management and HR because this this is a management driven company not an HR driven, whoever is sit in top management they having issue some time they use such a bad word please don’t join this company what we think company having name of tata but they are not follow tata culture.

...e slow here. 2. Being a large organisation, scope of work can become limited. 3. Not a very good pay master.

Likes

Helpful and Able Leadership. Excellent Peers who have been helpful at all times. HR policies are really good. Medical Insurance is at par and facility of availing Mediclaim benefits are smooth and convenient. Work satisfaction in the department and everyone keeps their chin up at the end of the day!

Dislikes

Relatively Low Salary benefits in lower maturity level. Skill improvement opportunities could be more frequent.

The culture is very good having high job security. No employee was removed in covid lockdown time even salary also not hold to any one.

Dislikes

Growth was very less. Appraisal are very less about only 5% per year and getting promotion also not easy in operations team.

Most Likely Brand ..Tata Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
