We are working for a great person Tata thats it nothing else

Dislikes

Overburdened work HR not ready to increase manpower No salary hike No hybrid working only work from office No work life balance If you ask HR for salary hike or overtime she will say we giving you pickup drop and bonus we cannot do more They will make you work in sick leaves but will never hire a new employee due to overburdened work and ask you to put leave even after working in sick leave

Dislikes

Hectic work culture across retail finance products like PL/BL/HL/LAP/AL/UCL/MHL. You need to work 20 hours a day during last 2-3 days. Just hell. One suggestion is to stay away from such organization. Don't ruin your work life balance for some thousands of extra money.

There has no salary growth and learning. Current company's work culture is full of with the company politics and seniors are treating their employees as a machine and you are not allowed to take a sudden leave if you have a medical emergency then you have to inform them earlier for the leave

Here i am working as a IT ( business analyst) when i given the interview that time they told i have to do business analyst work. After joining they shift mi in support , people are work here are very judgmental no support form management and HR because this this is a management driven company not an HR driven, whoever is sit in top management they having issue some time they use such a bad word please don’t join this company what we think company having name of tata but they are not follow tata culture.
